After a string of sold-out events at Fortnum & Mason, we're thrilled to welcome acclaimed chef and sustainable food activist, Ali Honour, aka The Bean Queen, to Sea Containers Restaurant for a one-night-only kitchen takeover!
Ali is all about seasonal, zero-waste eating, and she's bringing her passion to our plates this May. We all know our food choices can make a big impact on the planet, so Ali's here to show us how we can eat in a way that's good for both us and the Earth.
